If you are dreading this
Most of our patients were nervous once.
We book nervous patients into longer slots so nothing is rushed, and we will stop the moment you raise a hand — every time, without needing to be reminded. Sedation is available if you would rather not remember any of it.
You can also just come in, sit in the chair, and leave again without treatment. A surprising number of people start that way.
How long will my first visit take?
Forty-five minutes. We examine, take any x-rays needed, and then sit down and talk it through with the plan written out in front of you. No treatment happens on a first visit unless you are in pain.
Will you tell me off?
No. It has never once helped anybody's teeth. We will tell you what is happening and what your options are, and then it is your decision.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes — 0% finance over 12 months on anything above £500, and up to 48 months with interest. We will show you the monthly figure before you commit to anything.
