The team
Continuity matters more than most people realise — a vet who has seen your dog four times notices the change that a locum cannot.

Vet · BVetMed MRCVS
Orthopaedics and soft tissue surgery. Keeps chickens, which explains a lot.
Vet · BVMS CertAVP
Feline medicine. Registered Cat Friendly Clinic gold standard.
Head Nurse · RVN
Runs the nurse clinics, the anaesthetics, and in practice, the building.
And eleven more
Our nurses run their own clinics — weight, dental hygiene, puppy and senior checks — and they are the reason most of our patients never need the vet for anything serious.

Out of hours
Most practices now hand their nights to a central emergency service forty miles away, staffed by vets who have never seen your animal and have no access to its history.
We kept ours. One of our four vets is on call every night, with the full record in front of them, in the building your animal already knows.
It is expensive to run and it is the thing our clients mention most often.
Genuinely — turn up, ask for a tour, meet whoever is about. Nervous animals do much better on a second visit.
