Nine people, one floor, Bermondsey
THE STUDIO
WE ARE SMALL
ON PURPOSE
AND PLAN
TO STAY THAT WAY.
Nine people means the person who pitched the work is the person who makes it. There is no account layer, no resourcing meeting, and nobody whose job is to translate between you and a designer.
It also means we take roughly fourteen projects a year. When we are full we say so and suggest two other studios, which costs us money and has never once cost us a relationship.
We charge on a project basis, quoted before we start. If a project runs long because we changed our minds, that's ours. If it runs long because the brief moved, we'll tell you the day it happens rather than at the end.
