Forty minutes from the Severn Bridge, ten from Abergavenny station, and single-track for the last mile. There is no sign on the lane — look for the red gate and the beech.

Before you come

Dogs are welcome in four of the rooms. Dinner is for residents and a handful of others, so book the table when you book the room. Mobile signal is poor and the wifi is excellent.
